An Air-beam Shelter, Sized Around the Project

Explore WKEME's inflatable response tent through its PVC air beams, Oxford cover and seven listed footprints from 12 to 60 m².

A white air-beam shelter stands on a quiet field staging site.

The shape of an inflatable shelter tells a different construction story from a bundle of sectional steel poles. Air beams become part of the enclosure, and the equipment needed to prepare and maintain that structure becomes part of the project brief.

WKEME’s WK8106 Inflatable Response Tent pairs PVC air beams with an Oxford fabric cover. Seven listed areas, from 12 to 60 m², give buyers several footprints to discuss without assuming the largest version is the natural choice.

Start with the intended space

Describe the activities, access needs and equipment layout before selecting the area. A small reception point, a supply space and another temporary-use arrangement can have different layout requirements even when their nominal floor areas match.

Have the project team assess the proposed use and site conditions. A footprint is a planning dimension, rather than a promise of occupancy or suitability for a specialized activity.

Follow the air-beam package

Confirm the exact tent configuration, inflation equipment, securing components, repair items and instructions included in the proposal. Keep included pieces separate from optional items and from equipment used only in display photographs.

For a sample or technical review, look at the package as a complete shelter system. Do not infer inflation time, wind resistance or a temperature rating from the air-beam appearance.

Look at windows and covers together

The listed shelter has screened windows with outer covers. Those visible details are worth showing clearly in the product presentation: one view can explain the screened opening, another the closed cover arrangement.

Review those features against the intended layout and the selected model’s documentation. A window configuration shown on one size should not automatically become the specification for every footprint in the range.

Make the construction choice explicit

The WK8111 12 m² Relief Tent begins with a different structure and assembly package. Comparing both gives a purchasing team a real choice to investigate, rather than two photographs labeled temporary shelter.

In the inflatable range, the strongest brief combines a selected footprint, a documented shelter configuration and the complete supplied equipment list. WKEME can then discuss a defined package, while the project team evaluates the site and operational requirements around it.
